Exhibitor Information

Have you registered yet? All Exhibitors MUST register. Use the discount code provided by Shea to get your team registered ASAP. When you go to the registration page, please register each member of the exhibitor team as “individuals.” Do not use “group” registration. Make sure to RSVP to the evening networking events you can attend. You won’t want to miss them! 


Changes to registration can be made up to June 1st. After June 1st, a fee will incur.

Your Exhibitor Pass will be available for pick up at the Denver Art Museum at your booth. A final booth layout will be sent at least 30 days prior to the Summit. 

We’ve set up a room block for Mass Timber Group Summit attendees at the Populus Hotel. Please contact the Populus directly - (303) 800-4240 or use their website to book online.

A majority of the Summit will take place at the Denver Art Museum, located at 100 W. 14th Ave. Pkwy. Denver, CO 80204. The Exhibitor Hall is on the 2nd floor in the Sturm Pavilion.

Booth set up is on Wednesday, August 19th from 12pm to 4pm. Each booth will have a 6-foot table and two chairs. 8-foot tables are available by request. If you would like to request an 8-foot table or do not need a table at your booth, please reach out to Shea at shea@masstimber.group to let her know.

General elevators or freight elevators are available for use. Freight elevator use needs to be schedule with MTG ahead of time.   

If power is needed at your booth, please let Shea know, but plan on bringing your own extension cord/power strip for back up. Booths must be fully set up by 4pm on Wednesday.

The Denver Art Museum does not allow shipping to their location.

We have partnered with DMI (info@dmidenver.com) again this year to help. Your booth materials can be shipped to DMI up to 30 days prior to the Summit and they will deliver your materials to your exact table at the art museum.

To utilize this service, you’ll work with their team directly. Please let Shea know if you are planning on utilizing DMI. She will be on site to help with set up on Wednesday.

Dedicated exhibitor hours and breaks in exhibitor hall:
Doors open, 7:30am to 8am
8:45am to 11am
1:15pm to 2:15pm
3:15pm to 4pm
5:15pm to 8:15pm: The evening networking event will take place in the exhibitor hall at the Denver Art Museum
Lunch: 11am to 12:15pm (Lunch will be across the pavilion at the Denver Public Library. Each exhibitor will have a table available for materials, meetings, and networking.)

Friday, August 21st:

Dedicated exhibitor hours and breaks in exhibitor hall:
Doors open, 7:30am to 8am
9:00am to 10:15am
1:30pm to 2:15pm
Lunch: 11:15am to 12:30pm (Lunch will be across the pavilion at the Denver Public Library. Each exhibitor will have a table available for materials, meetings, and networking.)

Booth tear down can begin at 2:15pm on Friday, August 21st. Return shipping is available through DMI and can be coordinated with them directly. If you are utilizing DMI for your shipping needs, please have your packages ready for pick up by 4pm. All materials must be removed from the exhibitor hall by 5pm.

Thursday, August 20th: Magic Mixer at the Denver Art Museum, hosted by Anthem Structural Engineers (5:15pm to 8:15pm)

Friday, August 21st: Homerun Social at the Jack Daniel’s Rooftop Deck, Coors Field, hosted by Timber Pro Coatings USA (4:30pm to End of Game)
