Capacity: 15 participants

In January 2023, we toured T3 RiNo when it was just timber framing and promise. Now it’s finished—and you’re invited back to see the results.

Join Xcel Energy staff for a small-group guided walkthrough of their new regional headquarters inside the T3 (Timber, Transit & Technology) RiNo building—a 238,000-square-foot, six-story mass timber office development in the heart of Denver’s River North Arts District.

This is a rare chance to see a mass timber office after occupancy, with real-world insights from the people working inside it every day.

What You’ll See + Learn:

Exposed mass timber in action—how it looks, feels, and performs two years after install

How MEP systems and finish details were integrated for comfort, aesthetics, and durability

Architectural and structural decisions that shaped the tenant experience

Xcel Energy’s perspective on operating, maintaining, and working in a mass timber environment

Networking and shared takeaways with other architects, engineers, and builders walking the space with you

This isn’t a lecture or panel—it’s a peer-to-peer networking opportunity inside one of the most ambitious commercial timber buildings in the region.

Please Note:

Transportation is not provided. Please arrive at 3500 Blake Street by 2:40 PM

A federal-issued photo ID is required to access the building

Wear comfortable shoes—this walkthrough is designed to keep you moving and engaged
