Hardy Wentzel is the CEO and Founder of Think Mass Timber, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, business development, manufacturing, and marketing within the mass timber industry.

Hardy Wentzel is a values-driven leader and a proven front-runner in the wood products industry, with nearly four decades of global executive experience across Europe, the U.S., and Canada. He has a deep passion for bringing transformative wood building solutions to market.

Having held key positions in some of the industry's largest companies, Hardy’s experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of Structurlam Mass Timber Corporation, where he led the company’s expansion from a regional British Columbia-based business to a North American mass timber leader. Under his leadership, Structurlam achieved significant revenue growth, increased market presence, and tripled its manufacturing capacity.

Hardy has also served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Logistics at Tolko Inc., Vice President and General Manager of Weyerhaeuser (Canada, USA, and Europe), and General Manager of Trus Joist European Operations.
