Terrence Roche is the President of Denk & Roche Builders, where their motto is “We strive to provide top-notch service, so that our clients can feel confident in every decision.” Terrence, a

native of Park Ridge, takes pride in the family-owned company with an honorable reputation as

a leader in safety, professionalism, team management, accountability, and customer

satisfaction. As an alumnus of University of Iowa where he studied business, Terrence worked

his way up the ladder starting as an apprentice carpenter to estimator and proved his value to

becoming president in 2012. Even though his two children are off to college, what free time

they get. Terrence and his wife Bridget make sure to spend as much quality family time as

possible.
