Ben has worked across major markets including the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Mountain West, and has led a diverse range of large-scale, multi-phase projects spanning hospitality, residential, retail, and institutional sectors.  He navigates development complexity from multiple perspectives, having worked across design, contracting, and development - experience that shapes how he approaches problem-solving, team collaboration, and strategic execution. Ben is drawn to projects that push the industry forward, and sees mass timber as a compelling opportunity for the built environment today - offering a path toward more sustainable, high-performance construction without sacrificing design ambition.  Currently, Ben is leading MSU Denver's Summit House, which upon completion will be the tallest mass timber building in Colorado.
