Caleb Brotnov has spent the last decade helping deliver complex mass timber projects across the country as part of the field leadership team at Carpentry Plus, Inc. As a superintendent and third-generation owner, Caleb brings hands-on experience in project sequencing, site logistics, and trade coordination, having played a key role in more than 50 mass timber projects nationwide.

Known for his practical approach and strong communication in the field, Caleb thrives in collaborative project environments and works closely with project teams to solve challenges before they impact schedule or execution. His deep understanding of constructability and installation planning helps ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
