A founding partner of KL&A Engineers & Builders and, as of January 2025, Past President of the firm, Greg Kingsley has spent more than three decades advancing structural engineering through collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence. A structural engineer with a deep appreciation for the intersection of engineering and architecture, Greg has spent the past fifteen years championing mass timber and low-embodied-carbon design, helping position KL&A as a national leader in these emerging areas of practice.

In his current role, Greg leads KL&A’s innovation, research, and development efforts, guiding the firm’s commitment to pioneering sustainable structural solutions while continuing to mentor teams and strengthen industry partnerships. Guided by curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for meaningful work, Greg remains focused on advancing both the profession and the built environment.
