Ryan Sellinghausen is an architect with Populous, a leading global sports architecture firm with a strong presence in Denver. Born and raised in Colorado, he earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder and his Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver. With more than a decade of experience in sports and community recreation architecture, Ryan has established himself as a trusted leader in delivering complex, community-centered projects both nationally and across Colorado. Throughout his career, Ryan has led multidisciplinary teams and partnered closely with municipal leaders, university stakeholders, and community groups to bring high-impact projects to life. His portfolio includes the award-winning Aurora Central Recreation Center, recognized as Engineering News-Record’s 2019 National Project of the Year in the Sports/Entertainment category.
