Chelsey Hume is a licensed architect who has been with Evergreen since 2024, currently serving as Development Project Manager in a Western Region. In this role, she plays a pivotal part in managing the design and construction of mixed-use affordable and workforce housing projects.
Before joining Evergreen, Chelsey served as a Development Project Manager for Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver and Rocky Mountain Communities. Her experience includes managing affordable housing projects of different scales throughout the Front Range. In her past life as an architect, she designed and managed projects randing from small scale retail to large scale industrial and office buildings in the United States and Canada.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Chelsey is deeply committed to affordable housing and development. She is an active member of ULI and serves as a co-chair of the Development 360 program for ULI Colorado. In recent years, she has served on the Metro Housing Coalition Board and the City and County of Denver’s ADU Advisory Committee.
