Aaron joined FCI’s construction team in 2023, bringing twelve years of construction management experience with him. Aaron's experience ranges from managing complex vertical construction, developing value engineering options, implementing energy-efficient designs, and promoting stakeholder relationships.
Aaron served as a Project Engineer on the Northglenn City Hall project (pictured below) and has since deepened his expertise in mass timber construction, including attending a dedicated mass timber conference to stay at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies.
Aaron currently leads the estimating efforts as an Estimator, overseeing quantity takeoffs, pricing strategy, bid evaluations, and value engineering. He plays a key role in guiding the preconstruction process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic insight in all project estimates through proactive research and cross-functional collaboration.
