Nathaniel Sperry is a Project Director with FCI. He has been in the construction industry for 27 years. Since joining FCI in 2004, over 21 years ago, Nathaniel has led over 60 community-focused projects, including new construction as well as renovations and additions. His work spans a variety of sectors, including municipal, higher education, recreation centers, airports, and healthcare, all of which prioritize the needs and well-being of the community. Additionally, Nathaniel underwent intensive training through the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) to develop his strengths in teaming with design experts on construction projects, regardless of contracting method. Nathaniel led the construction team of several projects for the City of Northglenn, including the new Justice Center, the Civic Center, and the City Hall projects.
