CJ Myrick is the owner of ModCM, a construction management firm focused on providing owner’s rep / CM services for modular and offsite construction projects.
Over the course of his 30-year career, CJ has worked for ENR top 20 ranked companies as a construction manager, been a commissioning agent on LEED projects for global CRE firms, worked as a design & construction manager in support of GWOT and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, a project manager for a leading commercial modular factory and an owners rep for multi-billion dollar developers.
Since 2017, CJ has built 40 commercial modular buildings including hospitality and multi-family campuses and the first CLT modular multi-family building in North America.
The value that CJ brings to a project team is the practical application of his experience from project inception through occupancy with a focus on seeking the highest and best use of the project to benefit the owner, building occupants and facility management team.
