Justin has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, delivering complex projects for a wide range of public and private clients. As Project Director with FCI, Justin leads large-scale developments, including municipal and educational facility construction, from concept to completion.

Justin is known for his strategic oversight, deep understanding of regulatory compliance, and ability to drive projects on time and within budget. He excels at fostering collaboration among stakeholders, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality, safety, and sustainability standards are consistently met.

Justin is currently leading the project teams for the Lone Tree New Justice Center, and Heart of Golden Municipal Facility projects, along with other large-scale construction projects.
