Dan has been with FCI for over 12 years, beginning his career as a Field Engineer and now serving as FCI’s MEP Superintendent.
In this role, he collaborates closely with both the preconstruction and construction teams, alongside FCI’s virtual design team, to seamlessly coordinate MEP systems with underground utilities, structural elements, and architectural finishes. His leadership ensures that FCI and its subcontractors deliver high-quality, efficient installations that meet the demands of net-zero building performance.
Dan successfully implemented net-zero solutions and assisted in optimizing building performance through material selection, and system integration on the recently completed Northglenn City Hall project. (pictured below)
