Hilary Cooper is the Director of Innovative Funding for Housing at Colorado's Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT). OEDIT manages several funding programs that support affordable housing and innovative building technology solutions in Colorado including the Proposition 123 voter approved programs and the Innovative Housing Incentive Program (IHIP). OEDIT is a member of the Colorado Mass Timber Coalition. Prior to joining OEDIT Cooper served in local government and managed several non profits in southwest Colorado and was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest under the mighty Douglas fir and cedar forests.
